We take a very flexible approach to our clients by providing the support they need when they want it, so you can either have consultancy on a regular basis or as and when the need arises.

You can take advantage of having regular input from an experienced HR Consultant who will help you guide your businesses in determining the best HR strategy and practice to suit your business growth. Our regular HR Consultancy package can be provided from a minimum of 1 day a month. Once you sign up you will be allocated your own HR Consultant who will meet with you monthly and provide you with the support you need. They get to know your business and you get an experienced HR professional you can rely on.

You may have a one-off HR project that needs support from a HR professional, we can discuss your requirements and help you scope a solution specifically for you and your business. Our consultancy projects can be standalone projects with a defined scope, outcome and timescale or can be completed as the first phase of work in the implementation of a larger delivery program. Once we know your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed cost for scoping and implementing your HR project.
